Zero Punctuation Takes On Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass
Yahtzee of Zero Punctuation has set his ranting sites on Zelda DS, and he's not leaving 'till Fagballs is a dog. For the record, he's right about everything he says but I still can't stop playing the damn game.
Apologies if everyone already knows this but I just wanted to toss into the ring the fact that Ben Croshaw is one of the most well-known designers to make games using the Lucasarts-aping Adventure Game Studio freeware. I had delusional aspirations that I could make one of those myself and I dipped into that world a bit. Croshaw is something of a demigod to those people. And it's not entirely unjustified. His "Five Days A Stranger" series is pretty great. Think Monkey Island gameplay and wit mixed with a SciFi/Horror premise. Good times.
I've been curious about Ben Croshaw's self-published games for a while, but then I realized that he and I are almost exactly the same age and if I enjoyed his games too much it might seriously endanger my sense of self esteem. Thank you and good day.

I'm glad that I'm not THAT guy's DS mic.
If you like video games at all, Scott, the DS has the best batch of games on any current system. You'll find a lot there to keep you busy.
